But this company’s global customers were increasingly asking for an alternative to the traditional method of training on these applications in a physical classroom at their headquarters.
The company turned to Trifus for help implementing an online course catalog with e-Commerce capability, and a virtual classroom tool to provide specialized training services to their customers, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world.
What Trifus Did:
Using its Customer University Program, Trifus worked with the customer to implement a hosted solution that includes an online course catalog and enables purchase and delivery of training sessions. A virtual classroom tool powers the live online classes sold through the Customer University. Finally, 24x7 technical support ensures that the solution is available around the clock to meet the needs of a global audience.
The Results Achieved:
Today the customer has a fully deployed Learning Portal capable of delivering required training to their customers 24 x 7 x 365. This site enabled the customer to better train its customers, reduce internal training costs, and provide a world class training solution while surpassing revenue projections by 150%.
