A California-based, industry-leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related microelectronics industries, this company knew it was time to grow beyond their outdated Learning Management System (LMS).
Remote access was difficult, limiting the availability of e-Learning within the organization, and the system’s capacity was increasingly strained. The customer had also been unable to find competent, reliable support to maintain all aspects of the system on a daily basis.

What Trifus Did:
After analyzing the current implementation, Trifus determined that one of its products, the Trifus Web Manager (TWM), could effectively complement the customer's existing LMS. TWM provided immediate, cost-effective relief for the organization's biggest problem, its inability to provide wide scale remote access to the LMS. TWM was implemented and rolled out within a period of two weeks, giving the company true Web-based access to its LMS for the first time.

The Results Achieved:
The Trifus solution allowed the company to retire its legacy platform for remote access to the LMS. The ability to access TWM via the Internet not only provides greater benefit and flexibility to employees seeking training, it also reduces the administrative burden on the Training Department. Increased access to training affords the company a more agile, quickly deployed workforce, and the time spent by managers administering the previous LMS can now be devoted to improving the quality of available training.
The company was able to implement the application within a compact timeframe due to the extensive experience Trifus had gained in rolling out similar solutions.
